There is a halo of round diamonds surrounding the main setting, all of which are split prong set for a classy vintage look. They taper in size along with the band, getting slightly smaller as they near the main setting, and they stop right at the mid-point going down.

As a personal touch, the client also decided to include a flush set round blue sapphire on the inside of the band. This is only visible when the ring isn’t being worn, making it a special detail that only the couple knows about. These are the couple’s initials, and the client worked with our team to find the best way to integrate them into the design. After experimenting with several different placements and styles, he eventually decided he liked this one best, as it provides a fluid grace that perfectly balances with the other elements involved in the design.
